Large lateral apartment in highly regarded mansion flat building in Kensington & Chelsea that was in the same building that Princess Diana used to live in. The flat itself was tired and hadn’t been touched for approx. 40 years. The apartment itself was 1657 sq ft spread over one floor with many unforgiving angular walls which were 9” thick concrete and supporting walls.
The project itself, was a turnkey finish which included redesigning the layout of the apartment including the electrical layout, designing the interiors which were to include bespoke joinery, smart automated zonal lighting, electric blinds, audio visual integration and bespoke kitchen and utility room fittings as well as furnishing the property for sale.
